Lisa Bailey, BSN, BS, RN, CNOR, is a clinic nurse coordinator at HCA Central & West Texas Division - St David’s HealthCare, Austin, Texas. She earned an ADN from Central Texas College; a Bachelor of Science in Health Management from Bellevue University, Nebraska; a BSN from Walden University, where she is pursuing an Master of Science in Nursing, Executive Leadership. Ms. Bailey has been a perioperative nurse for 24 years and a member of AORN for 23 years. She is on the ballot as candidate for the office of Vice President, served two terms on the Board of Directors (2021-2025). She is involved with her local chapter, Central Texas AORN chapter 4402, as Vice President. She is also a part of her state council, Texas Collaboration of periOperative Registered Nurses (TCORN). She is active on various Specialty Assemblies. During her down time, she helps her husband with raising Longhorn Cattle on their ranch in Central Texas and she enjoys her family time.
