In this new role as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Clovis Community, you’ll apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support our Level II NICU. Our NICU cares for infants born as early as 32 weeks gestation and provides a higher level of care without needing to transfer babies to another facility. As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt-level role scheduled 8-hour shifts. 

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN) required 

• RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required 

• BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required 

• NRP – National Resuscitation Program required 

• NICRNC – Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse required
